YOUR INFORMATION
Privacy information
When you ask for a quotation or report a cleaning concern, I use the information you give me to reply and provide the service you request.
Who is responsible?
Full Force Power Cleaning Ltd (company number 17001821), registered in England and Wales, is responsible for information submitted through this website. For questions about your information, email info@fullforcepowercleaning.com.
What I collect
For quotations: your name, postcode, phone number or email address, chosen services and cleaning method, preferred frequency and any details you include. For cleaning concerns: your name, contact details, cleaning date, any postcode you provide and the issue description. Website security checks may also process technical information needed to protect the form.
Why I use it and the lawful basis
I use enquiry details to respond to your request, prepare a quotation and take steps before providing a service (UK GDPR Article 6(1)(b)). If you become a customer, I use relevant information to organise and carry out the agreed service. I use concern details to resolve issues and protect legitimate business and customer interests (Article 6(1)(f)); some accounting information is retained to meet legal obligations (Article 6(1)(c)). I do not enrol you in marketing simply because you contacted me.
Who helps process it?
This website is hosted by Cloudflare, including Turnstile spam protection. Website enquiries are sent using Resend to our Google Workspace business inbox. These providers may process some information outside the UK; where relevant, data-transfer safeguards supplied through their services and agreements must be followed. I do not sell your details.
How long information is kept
Enquiries that do not lead to work are normally kept for up to 12 months after our last contact, unless needed to resolve an ongoing matter. Information relating to completed jobs and payment or accounting records may be kept for up to 6 years after the relevant tax year, where required for accounting, legal claims or tax compliance. Cleaning concerns may be retained while the issue is open and for a reasonable period afterwards. You can request more detail about a particular record.
Your rights
You may ask to see, correct, restrict, or in certain circumstances delete your personal information, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. Contact info@fullforcepowercleaning.com. You may also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.
